Running with high knee lifts for 30 seconds

We thought that this day definitely deserved a big public morning workout, so we asked Attila Katus, six-time world and two-time European champion sports aerobics coach, to lead us through it. The fact that we will be running for 30 seconds with high knee lifts and then on to eternity, will only be the icing on the cake. So, all you have to do is register if possible, and start the day with us in the right clothes, so that we can set a series of records together.
