In addition to aerial gymnastics and aerial dance, we place special emphasis on safe movement and developing healthy posture, which is why we regularly organize stretching, mobility, and spinal training classes. Our classes are conducted with an inclusive approach within a supportive and accepting community, where people of all ages and ability levels can find their own sense of accomplishment. Our goal is to make the joy of movement accessible to everyone, while fostering self-confidence, perseverance, and a sense of community among our participants.
