Introduction

A special birdwatching experience awaits you on Badacsony Hill! During the "Wallcreeper Birdwatching Tour," , participants will not only be able to explore the hidden mining levels of the mountain, but also catch a glimpse of the wallcreeper arriving from the Alps – a bird whose flight resembles that of a tropical butterfly. Exciting stories and interesting facts about nature will also be shared during the tour.

Program and participation information

The tour is led by a guide and takes place in lesser-known parts of Badacsony. Participants must be in good physical condition, and dogs are only allowed on a leash. The meeting point is 15 minutes before the start of the tour (9:45 a.m. at the corner of József Attila Street and Borostyán Street in Badacsonytomaj), and the program starts on time.

Advance registration for the tour is required and can be done in several ways: in person at the Tourinform office, by phone (+36-87-531013), by email ([email protected]), or on Facebook. The participation fee is 2,000 HUF for adults, 1,000 HUF for children aged 6-14, and free for children under 6. Payment is made on site in cash.
