SENIOR BALANCE WITH ZSÓFIA // Gentle movement with gentle stretches for people over 50 // Sign up in advance! We welcome seniors over 50 to this light, slow, gentle 45-minute exercise class in the large hall on the upper floor of the Kúria building, starting at 5:00 p.m. The form of exercise is inspired by Iyengar yoga, but thanks to the equipment (e.g., chairs, mats, pillows) and the method, the class consists of exercises that are easy to perform for people of all body types and age groups. We recommend it even if you have never exercised regularly or have not done so for a long time. If you have had surgery or have an illness, acute pain, injury, or a condition that affects your mobility, please let us know in advance, as in most cases we will still be able to work with you. You don't need to be in any particular physical condition to practice, but it is beneficial to be in good physical condition. The goal is to feel as good as possible in our current body, in harmony with our soul and spirit. IMPORTANT!!!
