Sportváros Nonprofit Kft. was established in 2015 with the aim of unifying the sporting life of the city of Ajka. Over the years, it has become a major player in the city, organizing not only sporting events but also corporate events, cultural programs, and a popular place for leisure activities. .

Sportváros Nonprofit Kft. is extremely proud of the vibrant sporting life in Ajka. The organization's goal is to encourage the population to adopt a healthy lifestyle and to decide to participate in regular sports, even if it is only in a club.

The sports hall is part of the sports complex, which includes a sports hall with a changing room complex, three high-quality grass football pitches, a large artificial turf field, two small artificial turf fields, an extreme sports field, a training facility for teams (Bányász complex), as well as the Ice Hall, the Crystal Baths (beach and adventure baths) with the municipal swimming pool, and the Rovaniemi Campsite. The Bozsik Building (formerly the Stadium Restaurant) and Buborék also belong to the company. In addition, there is an outdoor streetball court in Tósokberéd and several artificial turf soccer fields in the residential areas. In addition, the former Civil House, now the Martial Arts House, and the local shooting range have recently become part of the Sports City.
