Introduction
NDHSZ is a national public organization established to bring together student sports, university and college sports, and recreational sports and to work specifically to make sports accessible, enjoyable, and empowering for everyone. The aim of the association is to promote a healthy lifestyle, regular physical activity and sport especially among young people.
NDHSZ not only organizes sporting events, but also professional programs, competitions, international collaborations, and awareness campaigns. The association plays a key role in coordinating the European Year of Sport in Hungary and is actively involved in supporting dual careers for athletes.
