Introduction
KONNEKT Egyesület is a civil society organization founded in 2015 that supports conscious career orientation, self-awareness, and career exploration for young people and adults. Our mission is to create inspiring connections that help individuals find their own path in life and achieve personal fulfillment.
Our participants, employees, and partners often mention the "connection" that drives everything we do. What exactly is this? We believe it is the sum total of the values on which our work is based.
The organization's activities include a mentoring program for secondary school students, the KonnektLIVE career orientation festival, theHovaTovább? school workshop, and a redesign program that provides support to adults in rethinking their career paths. To date, more than 8,500 people have participated in their programs, and more than 1,300 volunteers have joined the work.
