EMU - Egyesület a Magyar Ultrafutásért
Introduction
The EMU (Association for Hungarian Ultra Running) was established in Pécs in 2000 by a group of Hungarian ultra runners. It is the intention of the aforementioned parties to utilise their extensive experience and knowledge, which has amassed over a period of more than 20 years, for the purpose of organising a World Cup tournament that will be remembered as an unforgettable experience by all competitors.
The primary objective of EMU is the promotion of ultra-marathon running and the facilitation of exercise and a healthy lifestyle through running, which is the most affordable form of sport for all.
