Our regional information forums

We held regional information forums on the opportunities for joining the program, our objectives, and the planned program elements, which were attended by the mayors and family doctors of the individual settlements, as well as the heads of the relevant departments of the county government, representatives of educational institutions, local leisure organizers, sports organizers, and representatives of civil organizations (leisure, sports, health clubs, etc.). The following topics were discussed at the forums:

• general information about the competition: objectives, target groups, areas concerned;
• presentation of possible points of contact: description of the application system, planned application areas, proposals/requests for micro-regional/regional cooperation areas
• requesting and collecting data and information missing for the application
• presentation of the image
• EFI (Health Promotion Office) presentation: introduction of our public partners, their roles and responsibilities in the program (i.e., establishment of screening points, annual program plan based on the municipal health plan)
• presentation of communication tools: event calendar
• providing opportunities for questions and contact
