But what happens when you not only perform the movement but are also fully present in it with your full attention? In our classes, which follow the professional guidelines of the Hungarian Iyengar Yoga Association, we emphasize precision and mindful sequencing (the logical order of the poses). This method isn’t about meeting external expectations: the goal is to create genuine space and stability within the body through proper alignment and anatomical balance. Who is this class for? - Those who want to move beyond formulaic movements and understand their body’s internal asymmetries and how it functions. - Those who, in addition to physical challenge, seek a break from the daily rush and a sense of inner calm. - For beginners and advanced practitioners alike, as the learning is built on a solid foundation. Introduction

Pannonia Cultural Center and Library is the central cultural institution of Balatonalmádi, serving as the main venue for the city’s public cultural and library services. Its mission is to support community education, mentor self-organizing groups and artistic communities, and provide accessible cultural programs for residents.

The library offers on-site reading, lending services, digital resources, literary and community events, as well as services connected to the Library Supply System.

Location & Accessibility

The main building is located in the heart of Balatonalmádi, on Városház Square. It is easily accessible by car, with parking available directly in front of the building. Both the train station and bus station are just a few minutes’ walk away.
