What exactly is this?
A comprehensive self-defense training program for women and teenagers, built on the most effective elements of Jiu-Jitsu, Taekwondo, and military close combat. The techniques were not only cleverly put together, but also tested on tough Jiu-Jitsu guys.
The training rests on two inseparable pillars:
- Theory and prevention: self-defense is always decided in the mind. We will learn the basics of self-defense thinking, how to recognize dangerous situations, how to behave correctly and avoid them, as well as the necessary legal framework. Our goal is to stop trouble before it escalates into a physical fight.
- Practice and technique: if conflict is unavoidable, action must be taken. Basic striking and kicking techniques, escapes from holds, safe falling techniques, defending against attacks, and realistic situational drills await you. The training program is designed so that even as a woman, you can be realistic and effective against a man who is larger and stronger than you.
This is the workout for you if:
- You want to build confidence: you want to know how to react—instead of freezing up—in an unexpected, threatening situation.
- You’re looking for real, proven knowledge: you don’t need years of training or acrobatic skills to defend yourself. These moves are simple, raw, and effective.
- Become more mindful: you want to cultivate an aura and alertness that will make you less likely to become a victim in the first place.
What should you bring?
- Comfortable, loose-fitting athletic clothing.
- A towel and a large water bottle (the situational exercises and the punches and kicks will drain your energy!).
- Attention and an open mind.
