Tired of monotonous grinding on machines? Forget about the isolation of the gym! This ear-equipped ball will change everything. A rock-solid yet intelligently designed functional workout that builds strength and maximizes fat burning at the same time.

What exactly is it?

Kettlebell training is the perfect balance between cardio and strength training. The alternation between dynamic, explosive exercises (such as the swing) and intense strength elements guarantees continuous progress. There are no unnecessary movements, just clean, functional work that engages your entire body at once.

This is the workout for you if:

  • You want to shed the excess weight: you’d like to lose a few pounds using a brutally effective, metabolism-boosting method.
  • Get in shape: you want a toned, lean body. Special focus is placed on the abs, glutes, arms, thighs, and the entire back musculature.
  • You’ve been under a lot of stress: you’re full of tension, and you literally want to let off some steam. After a few swings, you’re guaranteed to clear your head!

What should you bring?

  • A pair of flat, sturdier-soled workout shoes (thick, soft running shoes aren’t suitable here due to stability concerns; completely flat soles are best!).
  • A foam mat (for floor exercises and stretching).
  • A towel and a large water bottle.
