The essence of the workout:
Learning a short choreography consisting of simple step combinations, followed by strengthening exercises in standing and floor positions. Thorough warm-up and long stretches at the end of the class.
The goal of the workout:
To burn fat, lubricate the brain, tone the abdominal, gluteal, arm, thigh, and back muscles, and unwind.
I recommend this workout for you if:
- you want to lose a few pounds - you want a toned, toned, lean physique, - you want to clear your mind and relieve stress.
What you’ll need for the workout:
Good shoes that support your ankles (since we’ll be stepping in all directions), a foam mat, a towel, and water.
The cost of the class: 3,000 HUF / hour (cash on site)
