Taste of Sun x Villa Kabala - Sunshine on your plate

Vegan cuisine can be nutritious, exciting, and light all at once. Dóri Czakó, founder of Taste of Sun, talks to us about veganism and how to do it well. After the presentation, we will go wild herb picking with Villa Kabala chef András Szabó in fairytale-like Szigliget. The morning will end with a special vegan menu by Dóri and András, where you can experience how they bring the taste of sunshine to life on the plate.

10:30-11:30 Presentation - "Light energy - how plant-based cuisine nourishes" - How can you prepare nutrient-rich, exciting, yet light vegan dishes?

12:00-1:00 p.m. Experience & community – Wild plant gathering in Szigliget

From 1:30 p.m. Lunch - when the sun comes alive on the terrace. A vegan menu with fermented drinks.
