The program is led by Magda Bankó, an advanced instructor of PILATES, STRETCHING, and SENIOR classes. 

"I am happy to teach classes for anyone who is open to exercise, regardless of body type, age, fitness level, or gender— whether they are beginners or returning to exercise." She always ends her classes with relaxation exercises to help participants recharge both physically and mentally.

The sessions are being held as part of the VitálPont (SP26/VTP-2026) grant program.
