The nearly 155-kilometer circumnavigation course poses a serious challenge for the participants. Competitors must not only contend with the wind and waves, but they must also make quick strategic decisions, as the weather on Lake Balaton can change from hour to hour. This is precisely what makes the Kék Szalag one of the world’s most exciting sailing races.

The uniqueness of the fleet is also unparalleled.
