The 5 principles that motivate us:

  • Community spirit: sport strengthens community ties and brings us together.
  • Fair play and sportsmanship: we respect each other and learn from fair play.
  • Improving health: regular exercise leads to a healthier and happier life in the long term.

The basic principles, which we also adhere to, were defined by the competition organizer, ACES Europe.
