 with the collaboration of physical therapists from the MKT Cardiology Phy
 sical Therapy Working Group\, participants can take part in a safe\, pers
 onalized exercise program as part of the Veszprém-Balaton Region of Sport
  2026 initiative.\nDuring the 60-minute sessions\, we monitor the effects
  of the workout through continuous heart rate and blood pressure measurem
 ents\, allowing us to keep the strain on your heart under control.\nBy th
 e end of the program\, you’ll gain a more comprehensive understanding of 
 what your heart needs to keep serving you well for many years to come.\n
