Free practice, afternoon get-together, and support for the hospital in Veszprém.

🌟 Recharge your body and soul, and do good in the process! Charity Yoga Practice awaits you in Veszprém on an Advent weekend, where, in a guided practice setting, you can not only focus on yourself, but also help others by supporting the intensive care unit at Veszprém Hospital.

🥗 After the exercise, there will be a potluck-style community gathering, where participants contribute to the shared experience by bringing their own food and drinks. The organizers welcome all age groups, but prior registration is required to participate.

📍 Location: ActiCity Veszprém Building B

🧘‍♀️ Program: 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. guided yoga class; 12:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Advent gathering with snacks

👥 Instructors: Szabolcs Vajai, Katalin Vajai-Hebling

💰 Participation: free, but registration is required

🎁 Charity: you can support the intensive care unit of Veszprém Hospital with a donation of your choice

🍽 Community section: potluck style – bring your own food and drinks recommended
